I often wonder about people who don't exist on the internet. I'm pretty much all over the place. In fact, I've found several comfy homes: including here, here, here, and of course -- here.
My point is that I'm not in danger of becoming a "missing person" anytime soon or at least not on the internet. What boggles my mind is the fact that not more people exist yet on the internet. Don't you hate it when you try to do a little detective work, you google an old high school crush only to find out that the person doesn't exist online? Who are these people who don't exist online?
Are they more secretive or respectful of their privacy than self-made bloggers like myself? And why do I feel the need to do google searches on myself on an ongoing basis? Is a google search on yourself the ultimate sign of narcissism?
And why don't more people from my past find me through google searches? I mean, why aren't people looking for me?
So, I'm wondering -- are all bloggers as self-absorbed as I am?
